"Sophisticated country" was the term the Real Estate Station felt best
described the style they were imagining for their marketing and promotionall
materials.
How to visually convey "sophisticated country"? We collected images
that evoked a country, rural lifestyle and applied a muted, earthy
color palette to these vignettes and textures. These elements were used to accent
but
not
overpower the main focus of each piece.

The Real Estate Station was looking to expand its territory
and market its brand to wealthy individuals who
might be in the market for ranch properties.
With this demographic's sophistication in
mind, Plan 9 juxtaposed a minimal layout and
interior design terminology with the grand and
colorful Texas landscape in these two print advertisements.
